Shipping Policy

Thank you for your trust in choosing LIFESTYLE AESTHETICS TRADING L.L.C to meet your needs. We have provided optimal shipping solutions for your convenience to ensure your product reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Delivery takes place within 72 hours from the date of ordering.
  • Delivery takes place within 14 business days for remote areas.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  1. If the total weight of the products is between 0 and 5 kg and the total invoice is AED 100 or more after any discounts, shipping is free. If the total invoice is less than AED 100, the shipping cost is AED 20 to all cities. If the weight exceeds 5 kg, a fee of AED 3 is charged per kg up to 20 kg.
  2. If the total weight of the products is between 5 and 20 kg and the total invoice is AED 300 or more after any discounts, shipping is free. If the total invoice is less than AED 300, shipping is charged at AED 20 for the first 5 kg, and above that, shipping is charged at AED 3 per kg up to 20 kg.
  3. For any individual product weighing more than 20 kg, the shipping price will be included in the product price.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping is not available for products weighing more than 20 kg, such as refrigerators, washing machines, etc., to remote areas outside the emirate’s major cities.
  • Major cities include Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
  • Note: These prices apply only to the aforementioned cities and do not include the Western Region. They also do not include areas far from the aforementioned cities.
  • Regarding shipping products that are to be exchanged or returned, after submitting the return request, it will be checked by customer service staff. If it turns out that the error is on our part, the shipping will be free. However, if the error is on the part of the customer, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
